What do i need to start an online business?

Do i need a business liscence to start an online business? What all do i need? I was gonna use www.intuit.com for starting up everything. If i pay with intuit.com to start it up is that all i need to get started? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

7. Merchant Account:
Credit Card Processing
