I would say while talking about Social Media – dont mixup it with SEO and SEM. Social Media is passion to get in touch with your customers and get first hand feedbacks from them and update them about your new products and services. Social Media works naturally, its not like SEO that consist of traffic and links, its a relationship where customer gives you feedback to design a new product.
