Better to set up individual emails using employee ID numbers: 12345467@domain.com or however you ID them. If you have a proper hosting site for your company, it should allow unlimited email accounts. Each person can have their own login info and you would have the one for all.

Without more detail into your specific setup, it's hard to answer this. However, in IIS and Apache, it's possible to set up multihomed or virtual sites on the server that would redirect to a single page. You'll need to do three things:
- Set up DNS entries for "employee1.company.com" through "employeeN.company.com" that all point to "www.company.com"
- Set up your HTTP daemon to refer all "*.company.com" to "www.company.com"
- Write a script to grab the referring URL "employeeN.company.com" from each request and write to a database or log to assign proper credit
References :
I'm not going to go into much detail with this but you could use a tool like a hit counter on each page to record the amount of traffic on each employee page.
