Is RichFox Media a real company?

RichFox Media is a real company located in Cambridge, MA. Over the last 2 years, a team of seasoned engineers and marketing executives have developed three products: free online university, a website builder for small businesses and video community for filmmakers.

A website builder is a product that allows small businesses to create personalized web presence in cost-effective way. In the media saturated marketplace, the traditional marketing: brochures, radio, yellow pages, newspapers and even TV, does not work, hence a lot of small businesses are going bankrupt as a result of lack of proper marketing communication. In order to succeed in today’s marketplace, it is imperative for small businesses to have a website that shows up high on Google search results and is popular on social media. The team has developed a tool that will change the way small business reach their desired audience online in a cost and time effective manner.

I have recently applied and been accepted into the internship program. I was a bit skeptical about the company at first, but once I have gone through the application process, I was very glad that I did.
The company is located in Boston, while I live in LA. I have been primarily working from home, but Lauren did mention that there is a possibility of me flying out to Boston to meet the team in 1-2 months.

This internship has really been a steep learning curve for me and I would only suggest it to anyone, who can endure great challenges.
