under dev contry like nepal there is no social marketing.advise me where i get fund?to run s.marketing?

i can do the social marketing in special rate.and effect way using most media electronics n print ? lack of fund it is difficiult so please advice me for reference i work for national media nearly 27 years as a director, ex.vice presedent of nepal redcross society kathmandu chapter
